This is was my first visit to Legacy Toyota for routine maintenance service. The service area was clean. A staff person was ready to check me in and get the process started. The service advisor, John Pena explained the needed service and showed me to the waiting area. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way.
I was hesitant to contact this dealership initially because of some negative reviews on another site. However, they had the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, so I decided to give them a chance and called one evening.
