I appreciate the dealer accepted that I brought my own oil, filter and drain plug gasket. But to suggestively sell that a cabin air filter was recommended for a car with just under 5000 miles is beyond rediculous.

I own a 2021 Lexus NX300 and have had it serviced there twice, from the time I drive up until the time I left service was great. I like the fact there were a few services suggested for later but was not pressured to get have done at the moment. The services performed took all but less than 1 hour +.
